Children's Halloween Party at the National Steinbeck Center

Kids can costume up and go crazy at the carnival for this Halloween party hosted by City of Salinas Parks and Recreation, the Salinas Police Activities League and the Salinas Californian. Play at the game booths and have as much food, fun and prizes as you and your kids can handle.
