With dozens of races, practices and exhibits the annual appearance that is LeMans is a race enthusiasts speed-dream. With names like Porsche, Mazda and Aston Martintwo things are certain: ear-splitting engines and break-neck speeds. The crowning attraction takes place Saturday afternoon with a 6-hour enduro race designed to push car and driver to their breaking point. This year’s enduro grid is going to see Laguna’s winding turns packed with more cars than the race has seen since the series started in 1999. And, maybe a fender bender or two. [JE]
