The big, sprawling film (and art) fest is accepting submissions of films of narrative feature length, documentary, student, retrospectives and shorts, as well as, new this year, unproduced screenplays 60-120 pages long, for the October event. Prices range from $15-$40 to start, increasing incrementally from April 18-Sept. 15. Submit by registering at www.withoutabox.com.
