The Death and Life of Sneaky Fitch at Pacific Valley School Community Center

"The Death and Life of Sneaky Fitch" is given life on-stage by those wily "south coasters" in Big Sur's Pacific Valley. Staged at the Pacific Valley School, this American play by James L. Rosenberg, is a Western comedy about a drunk from the fictional Gopher Gulch who is pronounced dead. When he abruptly rises from the dead, calamity pushes the gulch's residents to the brink of insanity as they deal with the supposedly undead. To add to the color of this comic play, Pacific Valley locals, from local proprietors to a Caltrans worker to a physician to the principal of PV School, are cast in the play. Kids get in for $5 and everyone else for $20; call to reserve tickets. [GS]
7pm Sat. Pacific Valley School Community Center, 69325 Highway 1, Big Sur. $5/kids; $20/adults. 805-927-4507
