Against the backdrop of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s whimsical cottage architecture, over 175 foreign and domestic cars gather for spectators to dote on their charm. This year’s event focuses on muscle cars, luxury cars, hot rods, micro cars and sporting vehicles-all legendary in their own right-that will compete for juried prizes. In addition to criteria like authenticity and provenance, bonus points are awarded for cars that inspired youthful dreams for a fun, fantastical twist.
