Jeanne Woodford, former warden at San Quentin State Prison, has overseen executions in her time there, and speaks out against them in a lecture titled "How We Can Replace California's Dysfunctional Death Penalty," sponsored by the organizations like the Catholic Diocese of Monterey, the League of Women Voters of the Monterey Peninsula, NAACP Monterey County Branch and Death Penalty Focus.
