The festival's Peninsula installment began at the Outdoor Forest Theater, and then it moved over to Museum of Monterey on Wednesdays, running almost in tandem with the Henry Miller Library's regular summer-long Thursdays evening screenings. Though it's an indoor venue, expect popcorn and snacks. On Aug. 22, they'll screen the winners of the 2011 film series, in preparation for the Henry Miller Library's screening of such on Thursday, Aug. 23, and the 2012 grand finale, also at the library, on Sunday, Aug. 26.
