The clinking of wine glasses, the singing of traditional songs and the warm voices of the Peninsula's Italian community enjoying stories rich in old-world charm will fill the Monterey Conference Center. The same organization that puts on the annual Fisherman's Festival to benefit local students is offering up a night of music and storytelling in the Christmas spirit. Wine and social hour will kick off the night with the following entertainment playing later in the evening: Filippo Voltaggio, The Anthony Lane Band, Erasimo Aiello and MC David Marzetti. There really isn't a better way to learn about and mingle with one of Monterey's most influential cultures and help some students further their education. [JE]
