It's not too often one's vocation in life comes at the ripe age of ten from a boom box blaring Nirvana's "Teen Spirit," but in Mark Bank's case this is exactly what happened. After this distinct memory Banks knew that his future laid in music, and at the age of eighteen Banks attended Cal Arts in Valencia where he studied Music Theory and began classical training in both voice and guitar. Banks style takes on a jazzier approach towards guitar that creates a soft atmosphere far from his grunge roots.
