Local artists, this one's for you. The Colton Hall Museum and Cultural Arts Commission of the City of Monterey call artists to submit exhibition proposals in the Alvarado Gallery for the upcoming year. The mission of this gallery, located in the Monterey Conference Center, is to highlight the rich artistic and cultural heritage of our area. Both individual and group artists can take part, just as long as their work hasn't been in the Alvarado Gallery during the past five years. Pick up applications at Colton Hall Museum or download them from www.monterey.org/museums, and don't forgot to submit by Jan. 13.
