"The Corporation: the Pathological Pursuit of Profit and Power" at Community Church Chapel

This multi-award winning documentary posits that if corporations are, in fact, people, they display all the symptoms of a psychopath, such as: disregard for the feelings of other people, the incapacity to maintain human relationships, reckless disregard for the safety of others, and deceitfulness. This is a devastating deconstruction of our community neighbors and employers that we call corporations, and they are more destructive than you may realize. Two screenings will take place within the month of January. The first will be held on Jan. 20 at the Community Church Chapel, and the other on Jan. 25 at the Peace Resource Center. These screenings are a part of the New Directions Film Series, which is a project of the Monterey Peace and Justice Center. Admission is free, donations are accepted.
