Speed Ventures opens Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for its fourth annual Refuel Clean Motorsports Event, giving eco-friendly vehicle owners a chance to run laps and showcase their green machines. Fully electric car and motorcycle owners are invited to take part in the SportElectric Time Trial competition and test their ability to set records and score trophies. A beginner's introduction takes place before hitting the track and temporary charging outlets are provided in the paddock. For spectators, the pit offers displays featuring innovative names such as Tesla Motors and Kleenspeed Technologies Inc. Vehicle registration is required. [HG]
