Commonly referred to as one of the greatest living sculptors, Richard MacDonald is likened to Renaissance artists like Michelangelo: In part because of his intense study of the human physique, but also for his way of bringing out the transcendent spirit of the human condition in bronze. MacDonald is offering a unique and rare look into his artistic philosophy; interaction with the live models he employs and the creative process he has perfected during his career as a premiere sculptor. The master will also share some of his newer works for those attending. [JE]
