The city of Salinas wants some hard proof on how parks make life better for you and your family. Submit digital photos in any of six categories from play, nature, exercise, positive spaces, gathering places and forever (lasting value) from the city of Salinas for a chance to be shown at the city hall rotunda for the month of July. Participants can enter one photo per category in a jpeg or gif format. Deadline for entries is June 29.
