Booked to play the main stage at the Monterey Bay Blue Festival this year, the Minor Williams Band now returns to Casa Sorrento. Kansas-born drummer and vocalist, Williams has performed with the likes of George Clinton and the Funkadelics, Blood, Sweat & Tears, and The Gap Band. He traverses the genres of jazz, blues, and rock, and even received a Gold record for his work on the number 1 hit song "Cause I Love You," which he worked on with his cousin Lenny Williams. Williams will break from touring to promote is new CD to appear at Casa Sorrento. Call for reservations.
