Spring has arrived, which means it's the beginning of the music festival season and the beloved Hipnic is back for round four and the lineup seems to get better each time out. This year's three-day event includes performances by Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers, Little Wings, Breathe Owl Breathe, Skinny Singers (Tim Bluhm and Jackie Greene, and of course a couple nights with The Mother Hips.
