Based of the 5 Rythyms by Gabrielle Roth, Ecstatic Dance seeks to create a bridge between the momentum of meditation and the action of art through conscious, respectful and reverent dancing. That doesn't mean it's not frenetic, Ecstatic Dance combines the free form dance with electro from DJ Alia, and gets the whole thing limber and warmed up with yoga lead by Coco Odyssey first.
