The vibraphone is one of jazz's classic components with a smooth tinkling sound, it dances over the top of the melody--but few jazz fans get to hear it live in a jam setting. New York Virbraphonist Mark Sherman is a cultural jazz ambassador for the US State Department and has qualified himself with his vibe sound that can be heard on albums from Liza Minelli to Sting. Eddie Mendenhall and David Morwood join him on the organ and drums.
