Guest speakers Elliot Ruckowitz-Roberts of the Monterey County ACLU and Anette Summers of Families to Amend California's Three Strikes discuss prop 36 and 34 for the November ballot. Both propositions could save taxpayers money by reducing sentences and ending the death penalty. Donations are accepted, and participants encouraged to bring a dish and their own place setting.
