4th annual party for the paws at Ventana Tasting Room

Though the annual paws fixture has raised over $25,000 for rescue groups so far, there are only 100 tickets for the fundraising night of appetizers, wines from Ventana Vinyards, music from guitarist Mike Maguire and a silent auction where local meals, spa packages and hotel stays will be auctioned off to raise money for ARFP, FoCAS and Peace of Mind Dog Rescue. Naturally, its a dog-mixer so guests can bring adoptable dogs with to pal around. Rescue dogs up for adoption will be mingling at the historic rock house and gardens too. [JB]
