Austrian-born Farrell began playing guitar at age 8 and later studied under Guy Horn. He's won awards from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Palm Springs Opera Guild and the Monterey Jazz Festival. He's toured 48 states and 34 countries, played twice for U.S. presidents, and teaches master classes and seminars. Here he talks about "The History and Art of the Classical Guitar."
