Spencer studied music at North Texas State and moved to San Francisco in the 1980s where he settled into the music scene, touring with members of Santana and Cold Blood. Around these parts, he's played everything from country to jazz, with outfits like Long Distance Flyers and Lisa Taylor's Soul City. This is the debut of Spencer's own band.
