Peter Lumsdaine's background in underground weapons investigations in various countries credits him on speaking on behalf advancing weapons technology. His lecture at the Peace Resource Center will discuss the future of weapon and surveillance technology, it's control policies, and his organization of the statewide conference "Challenging Robotic Weapons and Social Control Technologies."
