If you're looking for sleek classic cars and hot rods, good food, and live music all on the same "block" the Monterey Peninsula has you covered from Thursday-Saturday. Classic cars line the wharf and Alvarado Street as restaurants and music venues open their kitchens and doors for the onslaught of car enthusiasts for Thursday and Friday nights; Thursday includes a show 'n shine and Friday is for "cruising." Cannery Row is then hit with tricked out classics on Saturday night, making the "Row" a pedestrian heaven with shiny rims, bumpers, and paint jobs to look at every turn. Looking at cars for three days will make anyone hungry and to cap off Cherry's Jubliee, a pancake breakfast is served at Laguna Seca just before the award ceremony to put the "cherry" on the top of this weekend.
