American Red Cross Lifeguard Training at Monterey Sports Center

This series of weekend classes may pay off big for those with a thirst for helping others. The courses cover first aid, CPR, AED, and gives our Lifeguard Training certificates for those completing all four courses. Must be a strong swimmer, of course, and purchase a pocket mask and books from the Red Cross before classes.
