John Buehrens, author of Understanding the Bible: An Introduction for Skeptics, Seekers and Religious Liberals and (with Rebecca Parker) A House for Hope: The Promise of Progressive Religion in the 21st Century, gives a series of classes that impart a more nuanced and multi-faceted view of the Bible and religious people.
