Settling in Salinas some 45 years ago, Elise Chezem has been a teacher, an advocator of the arts, and now the featured artist of Salinas Valley Art Gallery. Her works include a wide range of pottery, sculpture in clay, porcelain, raku and stoneware. Also in display are some of her jewelry pieces and black and white photography.
