African Show Boyz at CSU Monterey Bay

Straight from the remote village of Binaba, Ghana comes the musical band of brothers the African Show Boyz. Napolean, Joseph, Isaac, Francis and JJ Sabbah specialize in traditional dance and drum rhythms, using instruments made in their village including the kone, siyak, binbill, and the bintitat. Following the performance, audience members will also get the unique opportunity to ask the artists questions about their Ghanaian culture, their village, and any other topics that might be of interest.
