Coming to the main stage at the Golden State Theater, The Vespertine Circus has a show that doesn't clown around. Mixing theater with circus performance, this troupe of performers will act, juggle, do acrobatics, get above the stage with aerial sequences, and dance. This is all for their original production, "Important Business," which puts these circus performers, as they are, within the context of an office environment. When these two worlds collide it creates a setting where the clowns and performers run into the trappings of responsibility while they try desperately to humanize it the best way they know how: doing their act and making people smile.
