Tapping into a limitless supply of life experiences and musical genres this well-travelled guitarist and composer offers a unique improvisational style that seemlessly melds Western influence with the Japanese spirit. Kurosawa, whose solo act features acoustic, classical and electric guitars as well as sitar, is increasingly winning acclaim for his remarkable work. In 2009 his composition, HITORI, placed in the top six out of over a half million works submitted at the Just Plain Folks Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee and his album of the same name has been given global attention by such music journals as the UK's Acoustic Magazine.
