See her lovely contemplative paintings and listen to a talk about the inspiring beauty of the same title. "Wherever we live, sharing our stories of our connection to rivers and land connects us to each other and remind us of what is important in our lives. We are reminded of the beauty, wonder, spirit, and mystery of the natural world. Creativity, in its great depths of the human psyche and genetic coding, emerges from he wildness of the natural world. When we allow wildness of the natural world. When we allow wildness, our own spirits, to flourish within, we can also respect and allow nature's spirit, the world outside, to exist. We intrinsically understand we are part of the land and rivers-that the natural world supports us in bod, mind, and soul." From the introduction of her Berthoin's book, Passion for Place. It is to mention that her exhibition is showing at the PG Art Center Jan4th-Feb14.
