Directors Steve Rosen and Terri DeBono present the past history, present challenges, and future prospects of Mission San Antonio de Padua in southern Monterey County. Through interviews with archaeologists on site and art preservationists dig into the steep history of the third California mission founded by Junipero Serra in 1771. Learn why its this site, remarked as a "unique island in time," is worth preserving and saving.
