Professor Elizabeth Mullins lectures on the history of Papyrus at MPC

An in instructor in history at Monterey Peninsula College (MPC), Elizabeth Dilkes Mullins lectures on the history of papyrus. This lectures analyzes the connections between the worlds first empires and how they communicated and how papyrus was an important necessity in life from the Mediterranean world until the Middle Ages. This lecture also comments on the concept of mass production of papyrus in the ancient world. This event is open to the public and free to attend. Guest must purchase a parking permit in the parking lot.
