Singer-songwriter, guitarist, flutist, multi-instrumentalist Laura Laine Shaw and singer-songwriter, keyboard and flute player Andrew Schoneberg represent the Silk n' Silver Duo, an all-original, smooth jazz band. Shaw, whose styles include jazz and pop standards, bossa nova, Celtic, and flamenco, has been involved in musical collaborations since she was a child. Other than Silk n' Silver, twelve years ago Shaw founded Serenade Flute and Guitar Duo with partner Sergey Lipovetsky. Schoneberg, whose flute and keyboard styles range from jazz to classic and contemporary pop, has performed in various groups, as a solo singer-songwriter, in musicals, and in diverse instrumental ensembles.
