Bill Weigle, a member of Sustainable Seaside and Keep Fort Ord Wild groups, presents "Why Keep Fort Ord Wild" at the Monterey Hostel's potluck and travel program. The presentation covers the relationship between the new Fort Ord National Monument and the proposed developments that threaten undeveloped lands used by thousands of residents for recreational walking, running, biking, photography, bird watching and more.
