Introduction to Trail Running at the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park Districts

In a three part introduction class in three different regional parks build three characteristics, strength, skill and endurance in trail running. The only prerequisite is that you are able to run for at least 30 minutes with a distance of 5 to 6 miles.
The classes will be held on January 19 at Palo Corona Regional Park (entrance is on east side of Highway 1, aproximately 200 yards south of Carmel River Bridge), February 16 at Garland Park Visitor Center (700 W. Carmel Valley Rd.), and March 16 at Kahn Ranch Addition to Garland Park (117 Hitchcock Canyon Rd., Carmel Valley).
