A Clockwork Orange (1971)

"I'm singin' in the rain," croons young Alex as he indulges his every fantasy in the most violent and terrifying ways. Stanley Kubrick's tale of redemption gone wrong examines the idea of quick fix justice and the two faced nature of politics, religion, and fantasy. It will leave you feeling sick, but it will make you glad that you can still feel.
