For swimmers, the desire may be life-long: to plunge down to ocean depths beyond the limites of their lungs and reach the elusive treasures waiting at the bottom of the sea. Scuba, or Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus, allows folks who fancy themselves fishes to do just that.
