FDA vs. ABC

New federal regulations could make vitamins and minerals harder to get.

It used to be that a simple "one-a-day" vitamin supplement was all it took to maximize good health and freedom from illness. Those who took supplements swore they cured everything from nervousness to the common cold. Those who didn't figured they were at least harmless. All that's about to change if the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has its way.
