All's Quiet

Aside from a single challenger, Carmel's elections look pretty ho-hum this year.

It's only been about 10 months since Carmel politics erupted in a full-scale electoral battle over Measure H, a zoning initiative that was widely debated before 54 percent of the city's electorate turned out to scoot it through with a scant 10-vote margin.
