Not even an off-Broadway playwright with the kinkiest imagination could have dreamed up a plot which has President Richard Nixon, in the same month in 1970, setting in motion his own downfall at the same time he set the ball rolling to give Monterey County a crown jewel of a park, the Laguna Seca Recreation Area.
