New Bedford, Massachusetts native Father John sits in a room 1,300 feet above sea level, looking west over a view Donald Trump would give his eye teeth to enjoy. But this window seat can't be bought. It is free of charge for John, who as a Camaldolese monk, has taken a lifelong vow of poverty.
