PG Councilmembers say it's taking the city too long to agree on a general plan.

Troops are divided and tempers are flaring in Pacific Grove as the city council continues to battle over the specifics of a new general plan for the city. "We're taking an extremely long time getting our general plan started," says councilman Terence Zito. "It just seems like some weird things are going on."
