Whether it's a whole new outfit, or just new accessories, it's easy to justify clothes for the season.

Some of us will consider a shopping splurge only when we need a reward for heroism above the call of duty, although the more guilt-free among us need only the sparkle of a new sequined gown in a boutique window to turn the head and tempt the pocketbook.
