New Salinas board aims to improve Oldtown.

"I believe in Oldtown, and I believe the community needs to believe in Oldtown. We now have a group that can help spread the word that this is where the emphasis needs to be," says Dennis Ostrander, Sr. secretary of the newly reorganized Oldtown Salinas Association.
