Block scheduling improves academics, discipline at Alisal High.

"Education as a whole has been under the magnifying glass." says Carlos Vega, assistant principal at Alisal High School. This close inspection has led school officials at Alisal to implement a new program that they are cautiously calling a phenomenal early success.
