CSUMB officials say Peninsula costs won't hamper diversity.

Already touting itself as a campus of the future in terms of its class offerings, officials from the new California State University, Monterey Bay, scheduled to open this fall on the abandoned Fort Ord property, say they will guarantee those new opportunities are available to an ethnically and economic diverse set of students.
