Monday's announcement of the intended purchase of the 134-acre Odello Ranch by Clint and Maggie Eastwood could provide significant impetus to future open-space land purchases according to Big Sur Land Trust Executive Director Brian Steen, who played a significant role in negotiating the Odello land deal.
