Seaside officials say new center will keep teens occupied.

Construction is soon slated to begin on a new $200,000 teen center in Seaside, although the jury is still out on whether the center will keep the city's kids occupied. Construction of the facility is scheduled to begin next month, with a grand opening for the pre-fabricated modular building tentatively slated for late July or early August.
