Sheriff's Deputy complaints may have changed the policy on uniform contracts.

Paul Meyers is a sheriff's deputy who was worked in the county jail for some 15 years. His polite manner and his grey hair point to an imminent retirement--a factor he says allows him the freedom to be a whistle-blower on what he calls unethical policies within the department.
